assets and you will also need to provide information about these.
Assets

Location of property deeds;

Lists of important effects, eg antiques;

Bank/ Building Society statements/passbooks;

Premium Bonds;

National Savings Certificates;

Life policy documents;
-
Name, address and reference of all occupational pensions;

Names and addresses of Accountants/ Financial Advisers/ Stockbrokers
(if any);

Name, address and reference number of DWP and details of benefits
received;

DWP Retirement Pension book;
-
Share certificates/Unit Trusts/PEPs/ISAs etc.

Foreign Assets
-
Details of gifts made within seven years before the death.
Liabilities

Name and address of funeral directors;

Name, address and reference of utility suppliers;

Any credit cards or statements;

Name and address of mortgagees;
-
Details of any HP Agreements/loans etc.
Miscellaneous
-
Name of Income Tax district, address and reference;

Copy of last Income Tax Return, if available;

Details of any business assets;
-
Details of any foreign assets i.e. homes, timeshares, shares in
foreign companies, etc.

Details of any lifetime gifts as described earlier in this note
(see Time Scales).

information is available, the sooner we will be able
to start the administration.
